ABSTRACT

Objetivo: Analisar a formação, produção científica e inserção profissional de egressos de programas de pós-graduação em enfermagem da Região Norte do Brasil. Método: Estudo descritivo, de base documental, realizado nas Plataformas Sucupira e Lattes, de abril a maio de 2019. Os dados de 125 egressos de dois programas de pós-graduação stricto sensu, turmas de 2010 a 2018, foram coletados e analisados por estatística descritiva. Resultados: Quanto à formação, 94,4% se graduaram na Região Norte, majoritariamente em universidades públicas; 13,6% estavam em processo de doutoramento e 8,8% eram doutores. Quanto à produção científica, 29,6% não declararam publicação de artigos científicos. Em relação à inserção profissional, 87,2% já possuíam vínculo empregatício antes de ingressar no mestrado e, após a titulação, as atividades se concentraram prioritariamente no ensino em graduação e pós-graduação de instituições públicas. Conclusão: Há baixa continuidade na formação e contribuição dos egressos para a produção e socialização de conhecimentos em Enfermagem, nas formas medidas pelas agências de fomento. Os egressos têm conseguido colocar-se no mercado de trabalho, especialmente em instituições privadas de ensino superior da região. (AU)


Objective: To analyze the training, scientific production and professional insertion of master graduates from postgraduate nursing programs in the North of Brazil. Methods: Descriptive study carried out on Sucupira and Lattes plataformes from April to May 2019. Data from 125 master graduates from two stricto sensu postgraduate programs from 2010 to 2018 were collected and analyzed by descriptive statistics. Results: About training, 82% graduated in the North region, mostly in public universities, 13,6% are in the process of doctoring and 8,8% are doctors. As for production, 29,6% do not declare publication of scientific articles. As for insertion, 87.2% already had an employment contract before entering the master's program. After masters graduation, the activities are concentrated primarily on undergraduate and postgraduate education of public institutions. Conclusion: There is low continuity in the training and contribution of master graduates to the production and socialization of knowledge in Nursing in the forms measured by the funding agencies. They have been able to place themselves in the labor market, especially in private higher education institutions in the region. (AU)


Objetivo: Analizar la formación, la producción científica y la inserción profesional de los graduados de los programas de posgrado en enfermería de la región norte de Brasil. Métodos: Estudio descriptivo basado en documentos realizado en las plataformas Sucupira y Lattes, de abril a mayo de 2019. Los datos de 125 graduados de dos programas de posgrado de 2010 a 2018 fueron recopilados y analizados por estadísticas descriptivo simple. Resultados: En cuanto a la capacitación, el 82% se graduó en la región Norte, principalmente en universidades públicas, el 13,6% está en doctoramiento y el 8,8% son doctores. En cuanto a la producción, el 29,6% no declara la publicación de artículos científicos. En cuanto a la inserción, el 87,2% ya tenía un contrato de trabajo antes de ingresar a la maestría. Después de la graduación, las actividades se concentran principalmente en la educación de pregrado y posgrado de instituciones privadas. Conclusión: Hay poca continuidad en la formación y contribución de los graduados a la producción y socialización del conocimiento en Enfermería em las formas medidas por las agencias de financiación. Los graduados han podido colocarse en el mercado laboral, especialmente en instituciones privadas de educación superior en la región. (AU)

ABSTRACT

Resumo Este artigo tem como objetivo caracterizar os programas de acompanhamento aos jovens egressos de medida socioeducativa de internação (MSE). Participaram da pesquisa quatro membros de coordenação de programas de acompanhamento aos egressos de MSE de três estados brasileiros. Foi utilizada uma entrevista aberta individual cujos dados foram analisados a partir da Análise Temática de Conteúdo, de forma que se constatou as seguintes categorias: criação e implementação dos programas de acompanhamento aos egressos de MSE; funcionamento dos programas de acompanhamento aos egressos de MSE; e metodologia dos programas de acompanhamento aos egressos de MSE. Os dados analisados mostraram que os programas de acompanhamento aos egressos de MSE assumem características diferentes nos estados. Identificou-se também que os programas têm facilitado o acesso dos jovens acompanhados às políticas sociais, por meio da realização do trabalho em rede, baseado na incompletude institucional e na efetivação do Plano Individual de Atendimento. Conclui-se que a existência desses programas representa a continuidade das ações socioeducativas, mas eles necessitam de maiores investimentos que assegurem a permanência da oferta enquanto uma política universal, a partir do estabelecimento de um serviço de caráter continuado, com princípios, diretrizes e objetivos em âmbito nacional. Abstract This article aims to characterize the follow-up programs for young egresses from socioeducational measures of internment (SEM). The study was conducted with four coordinators of follow-up programs for SEM egresses from three Brazilian states. Data were collected by means of an individual open interview and analyzed based on Content/Thematic Analysis, obtaining the following categories related to follow-up programs for SEM egresses: creation and implementation, operation, and methodology. The results show that the follow-up programs assume different characteristics across Brazilian States, besides enabling the access of monitored egresses to social policies through a network, based on the institutional incompleteness and the accomplishment of the Individual Plan of Attention. Although these programs represent the continuity of socioeducational measures, a greater investment is required to ensure their continuous offer as a universal policy, establishing a continued service with principles, guidelines, and goals at a national level. Resumen Este artículo tiene como objetivo caracterizar los programas de seguimiento a los jóvenes egresados de medida socioeducativa de internación (MSI). En el estudio participaron cuatro miembros de la coordinación de programas de seguimiento a los egresados de MSI de tres estados brasileños. Se utilizó entrevista abierta individual, y para el análisis de los datos se empleó el análisis temático de contenido, del cual se obtuvieron las siguientes categorías: Creación e implementación de los programas de seguimiento a los egresados de MSI; Funcionamiento de los programas de seguimiento a los egresados de MSI; y Metodología de los programas de seguimiento a los egresados de MSI. Los datos analizados mostraron que estos programas tienen características distintas en los estados. Se identificó que facilitan el acceso de los jóvenes acompañados a las políticas sociales, por medio de la realización del trabajo en red con baseen la incompletitud institucional y en la efectividad del Plan Individual de Atención. Se concluye que la existencia de esos programas de seguimiento a los egresados de MSI representa la continuidad de las acciones socioeducativas, pero necesitan mayores inversiones para asegurar la permanencia de la oferta en el formato de una política de carácter universal a partir del establecimiento de un servicio de carácter continuado, con principios, directrices y objetivos a nivel nacional. ABSTRACT

El objetivo del presente trabajo fue analizar el impacto de la vida institucionalizada en el proyecto identificatorio de adolescentes próximas a egresar de una casa hogar. El método se basa en una epistemología cualitativa y se realizaron estudios de caso instrumentales (Stake, 1999). Las participantes son dos adolescentes mujeres. La recolección de la información se basó en la entrevista en profundidad y la observación directa. Toda la información se analizó bajo la óptica de la teoría psicoanalítica. Los resultados muestran que la singularidad y la historia personal son determinantes en la construcción del proyecto identificatorio. La investigación muestra que la conjugación de la casa hogar (normatividad y funcionamiento) aunado a la capacidad de reparación de las internas puede aportar estructuración interna y suplantación de funciones parentales. Sin embargo, los eventos traumáticos acontecidos en la infancia pueden dejar estragos que se traducen en cuadros psicopatológicos que la casa hogar no logra resarcir y que están impidiendo a las internas pensarse más allá de los muros de la institución. En conclusión, se requiere trabajo interdisciplinar que ayude a las internas a re-elaborar sus historias de abandono, rechazo y maltrato


The objective of this study was to analyze the impact of institutionalized life on the identification project of adolescents close to leaving a home. The method is based on a qualitative epistemology and instrumental case studies were carried out (Stake, 1999). The participants are two female adolescents. The collection of information was based on in-depth interviews and direct observation. All the information was analyzed from the perspective of psychoanalytic theory. The results show that singularity and personal history are determining factors in the construction of the identification project. The research shows that the conjugation of the home (normativity and functioning) together with the reparation capacity of the inmates can provide internal structuring and supplanting of parental functions. However, the traumatic events that occurred in childhood can leave havoc that translates in serious mental disorders that the home cannot compensate and that are preventing the inmates from thinking beyond the walls of the institution. In conclusion, interdisciplinary work is required to help the inmates to re-elaborate their stories of abandonment, rejection and mistreatment

ABSTRACT

Many viruses, enveloped or non-enveloped, remodel host membrane structures for their replication, assembly and escape from host cells. Herpesviruses are important human pathogens and cause many diseases. As large enveloped DNA viruses, herpesviruses undergo several complex steps to complete their life cycles and produce infectious progenies. Firstly, herpesvirus assembly initiates in the nucleus, producing nucleocapsids that are too large to cross through the nuclear pores. Nascent nucleocapsids instead bud at the inner nuclear membrane to form primary enveloped virions in the perinuclear space followed by fusion of the primary envelopes with the outer nuclear membrane, to translocate the nucleocapsids into the cytoplasm. Secondly, nucleocapsids obtain a series of tegument proteins in the cytoplasm and bud into vesicles derived from host organelles to acquire viral envelopes. The vesicles are then transported to and fuse with the plasma membrane to release the mature virions to the extracellular space. Therefore, at least two budding and fusion events take place at cellular membrane structures during herpesviruses assembly and egress, which induce membrane deformations. In this review, we describe and discuss how herpesviruses exploit and remodel host membrane structures to assemble and escape from the host cell.

ABSTRACT

Nesta pesquisa, de natureza qualitativa, buscamos analisar o retorno ao convívio social de jovens egressos de medida socioeducativa de internação, articulando o significado da medida para os jovens e suas condições concretas de vida extramuros. Fundamentada no referencial teórico e metodológico da Ergologia, em diálogo com a Psicossociologia e com a Criminologia Crítica, procurou compreender significados e sentidos que são produzidos pelos jovens egressos e entender o crime enquanto uma construção histórica. Realizamos entrevistas com jovens desligados da medida e com profissionais da área, além de análise documental. Concluímos que a medida socioeducativa é uma pena, e não um bem ofertado ao jovem. No retorno à sociedade, os jovens enfrentam enormes desafios, sua vulnerabilidade social não diminui e é agravada pelo estigma da privação de liberdade. Faz-se necessário encontrar novas formas de resolver nossos conflitos sociais


In this qualitative research, we seek to analyze the return to social contact of young people who are egress of socio-educational measures of rehabilitation, articulating the meaning of the measure for the young people and their concrete conditions of life outside the walls. Based on the theoretical and methodological framework of Ergology, in a dialogue with Psychosociology and Critical Criminology, it sought to understand meanings and senses that are produced by young people and to understand crime as a historical construction. We conducted interviews with youngsters disconnected from the measure and with professionals in the area, besides documentary analysis. We conclude that the socio-educational measure is a penalty and not a "good" offered to the young. When they return to social life, they face great challenges, their social vulnerability does not change, but it can be aggravated by the stigma of deprivation of liberty. It is necessary to find new ways to solve our social conflicts


En esta investigación, de naturaleza cualitativa, buscamos analizar el retorno a la convivencia social de jóvenes egresados de medida socioeducativa de internación, articulando el significado de la medida para los jóvenes y sus condiciones concretas de vida extramuros. Fundamentada en el referencial teórico y metodológico de la Ergología, en diálogo con la Psicosociología y con la Criminología Crítica, procuró comprender significados y sentidos que son producidos por los jóvenes egresados y entender el crimen como una construcción histórica. Realizamos entrevistas con jóvenes desconectados de la medida y con profesionales del área, además de análisis documental. Concluimos que la medida socioeducativa es una pena y no un bien ofrecido al joven. En el retorno a la sociedad los jóvenes enfrentan enormes desafíos, su vulnerabilidad social no disminuye y se agrava por el estigma de la privación de libertad. Se hace necesario encontrar nuevas formas de resolver nuestros conflictos sociales

ABSTRACT

Sphingosine 1-phosphate (S1P), a bioactive lipid signaling molecule, plays important roles in diverse cellular functions such as cell proliferation, differentiation and migration, etc. S1P is intracellularly produced from sphingosine and subsequently released to the extracellular fluid, then specifically binds to S1P receptors on target cells. S1P mainly originates from hematopoietic cells and vascular endothelial cells. Several findings have revealed that ATP-binding cassette (ABC) transporters in erythrocytes and platelets and Spinster homologue 2 (Spns2) in endothelial cells both function as S1P transporters. Spns2 is proposed to be the first physiologically functional S1P transporter. Based on the amino acid sequence homology, Spns2 is predicted to belong to the major facilitator superfamily (MFS) transporters. Spns2-deficient mice are recently used for the further characterization of Spns2 function. Accumulating results suggest that the S1P concentration in the plasma of Spns2-deficient mice is reduced notably compared with wild-type mice. In addition, lymphocyte egress to the blood stream in Spns2-deficient mice is blocked. Here, we review the research history, enzymatic properties, substrate, physiological functions of Spns2 and the correlation between Spns2 and diseases such as autoimmune diseases and cancer, which could provide fundamental reference for further study of Spns2.

ABSTRACT

Com o intuito de conhecer o impacto da política pública de reintegração dos egressos do sistema prisional do governo de Minas Gerais na vida prática dos próprios egressos, realizamos um estudo empírico para o qual adotamos como referencial teórico a Ergologia, que engloba os conceitos de "prescrito" (conjunto de regras e normas) e "real" (o que de fato se opera). Utilizamos como métodos entrevistas semiestruturadas com trabalhadores da política pública, egressos do sistema prisional atendidos e equipe gestora; participação em grupos do Programa; acompanhamento em atendimentos individuais; observação da rotina de trabalho e publicações oficiais. Observamos que, apesar da noção de apoio ao egresso do sistema prisional no resgate à sua cidadania, no campo do real, o que se opera é uma adaptação do egresso do sistema prisional ao novo convívio social e não um exercício de sua cidadania.


In order to understand the impact of public policy on reintegration of prison’s egress system in the state of Minas Gerais in practical life of these people, we conducted an empirical study to which we have adopted as theoretical framework the Ergology, which encompasses the concepts of "prescribed" (a set of rules and standards) and "real" (what actually operates). We used methods such as semi-structured interviews with employees of public policy, prison’s egress systems assisted and management team; participation in groups that occurred in the program and in individual assistance; observation of routine work and official publications. We noted that despite the notion of support for prison’s egress system in the rescue of citizenship, in the field of real what operates is an adaptation of the egress to the new social life, and not an exercise of citizenship.


Con el fin de comprender el impacto de la política pública de reintegración de los ex reclusos del régimen penitenciario en el estado de Minas Gerais en la vida práctica de los asistidos, se realizó un estudio empírico a la que hemos adoptado como marco teórico el Ergología, que abarca los conceptos de "prescrito" (un conjunto de reglas y normas) y "real" (lo que realmente funciona). Utilizamos como métodos: entrevistas semi-estructuradas con los empleados de la política pública, ex reclusos asistidos y el equipo directivo; participación en grupos del programa y en asistencia individual; observación del rutina de trabajo y publicaciones oficiales. Tomamos nota de que a pesar de la noción del apoyo de egreso del sistema penitenciario, en el campo de lo real lo que se opera es una adaptación de la salida del sistema penitenciario para la nueva vida social, y no un ejercicio de su ciudadanía.

ABSTRACT

Este artigo analisa repercussões do mestrado e do doutorado na vida profissional de 305 egressos do Programa de Pós-Graduação em Educação da FaE-UFMG, no período 1977-2006. Por meio de um questionário, obtiveram-se informações relativas às atividades profissionais dos egressos. Os resultados foram analisados por decênios e mostram que a docência no ensino superior é a ocupação majoritária dos egressos. Os doutores concentram-se na academia e em instituições de pesquisa; os mestres, em instituições de ensino superior, na educação básica e em atividades autônomas. As repercussões na escola apontam a ampliação da aprendizagem dos aspectos que constituem a prática, mas são tímidas as especificações de resultados. Mestres e doutores avaliam positivamente a formação em pesquisa e a sua passagem pela Faculdade de Educação e consideram a pós-graduação um lugar de formação do pesquisador e de produção de conhecimento. Quanto ao objetivo de formação docente, muitas questões ficam em aberto, especialmente aquelas relativas à relação ensino-pesquisa.


This article analyzes the impacts of studying for master and doctorate levels on the professional life of 305 graduates from FaE-UFMG Education Program, from 1977 to 2006. Based on a questionnaire applied to the teachers, we obtained information concerning the professional activities of the graduates. The results were sorted out by decades and demonstrate that teaching in higher education is their main occupation. Most PhDs work in academic institutions, while masters teach in institutions of higher education, basic education and autonomous activities. We report on the impact on their classroom and we noticed that they realize and take consciouness many aspects that constitute their practices, although shy specificities were found. Masters and Phds. evaluate positively the research training and their quick passage through the Faculty of Education. They assess a postgraduate course as an opportunity to do researches and achieve knowledge production. As for their search for teacher education, many questions remain open mainly those concerning the relation between teaching and research.

ABSTRACT

Herpesviruses assemble and fill their capsids in the infected cell nucleus,and must then move this enormous macromolecular assembly across the nuclear membrane and into the cytoplasm.Doing so is a complex,multi-step process that involves envelopment of the capsid at the inner nuclear membrane and de-envelopment by fusion with the outer nuclear membrane.This process is orchestrated by viral proteins,but requires the modification of cellular structures and mechanisms including the nuclear lamina.In this review I summarize recent research on the mechanism of nuclear envelopment and the viral and cellular systems involved in its execution.
